What OS platforms does PcClock run on?
PcClock is a 32-bit applications specifically designed to run on Microsoft platforms, including Windows 95, 98, NT, Me, 2000 and XP.

What hardware do I need?
You will need 52 megs of hard disk space on your PC, running at 200mz or faster, with 32MB of RAM, (memory). The PcClock software is downloaded from the Internet.

How many companies (with separate Federal ID numbers) can PcClock track?
Companies are identified with a unique, 6-character, (alpha-numeric), Client Number. This Client Number is used to select a specific company for reporting and payroll interfacing.   An unlimited number of companies' employees can be maintained in one employee database.  

How many employees can be tracked?
PcClock can track up to 999999 employees.

How many departments can be tracked?
PcClock can track up to 999999 departments.

What payroll interfaces are included?
PcClock interfaces with most payroll programs and payroll service bureaus. Any PcClock report can be exported to Excel, Word, etc. and imported into your payroll software.
 
What pay frequencies are supported?
PcClock supports weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and/or monthly pay frequencies.

What rounding policies are allow?
PcClock supports 1, 6, 10 and 15 minute rounding.

What overtime policies does PcClock allowed?
PcClock supports daily and/or weekly overtime policies.

What double-time policies are allowed?
PcClock supports daily and/or weekly double-time policies.

Will the program automatically deduct time for meals and breaks?
PcClock will automatically deduct time taken for morning, lunch and/or afternoon breaks.

How many schedules can be supported?
PcClock can support up to 999 different schedules.

How many pay rates per employee does the program allow?
PcClock supports up to 3 different pay rates for each employee.

How many clock-ins in a day (per employee) can be tracked?
PcClock will track up to 7 clock-ins in a day, per employee.

How many reports are provided?
PcClock comes with 28 pre-designed reports. Formats include daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, by department, by day or week, by employee, etc. Zoom and export options are included.

Are special codes like Sick or Vacation tracked?
Yes - with options for the application of overtime

Is department charge-to information tracked?             
Yes - employees can change departments up to 6 times per day

Are tips, bonuses and commissions tracked?
Yes. They are also included in the payroll interface.

Does the software come with on-line Helps?
Yes - simply press “F1” at any field
