PCs Here is the absolute best time clock solution for any company who wants their employees to clock-in and out on any networked PC within the company. Employees punch in and out at any PC on the network. The PC does not have to be logged on to the network. In the payroll office, the punches are collected over the network with the click of a button. The punches are instantly posted to each employees’ time card record. Using secured access, employee time cards can be viewed and adjusted if necessary. Years of time card history can be stored indefinitely and retrieved in seconds! Using simple menu selections, employee hours information can be passed to the in-house payroll software or outside payroll provider without the need to re-key anything! PcClock handles the complexities of semi-monthly or monthly payroll processing with ease. Each employee time card displays all of his in and out punches for the work week, his calculated net hours for each day, his total regular, overtime and double-time hours and gross earnings, his charge-to departments, (if tracked), his miscellaneous income like tips or commissions, (if tracked) and his average pay rate. Special codes like “Sick” or “Vacation” can be entered on the employees’ time card and will be included in the payroll interface. An alternate pay rate can be applied to a specific work period and will likewise be included in the payroll interface. With PcClock, each employee’s unique rounding and overtime policies, and the amount of time to deduct for breaks is maintained on his employee record. These policies can vary from employee to employee, providing maximum flexibility. Employees can clock-in up to 7 times a day for accurate department charge-to tracking. PcClock comes with dozens of pre-designed reports that instantly provide both hours and gross earnings information by employee, department, pay period, by sick days or vacation days etc., in detail or in summary. Reports can be printed, displayed, E-mailed or exported. PcClock is a combination of 2 programs, PcClock "Punch" and PcClock "Manager". Install "Punch" on each networked PC that you wish to allow employees to clock-in and out on and install "Manager" on the PC in the payroll office. The Punch program is not required where employees clock-in and out via the Internet. There is no limit to the number of employees who can clock-in and out at any Punch location, and employees can clock-in at one location and out on another! |
