Metron Time Clock, Internet Time Clock, Web Based Time Clock and Employee Time Clock Solutions

Metron's approach to time and attendance tracking has employees clock-in and out on a networked PC using PcClock, and/or on a web accessible PC using Metron's ASP "Time-Windows". A solution such as this means that there is no limit to the number of employees who can clock-in and out from one location and no expensive electronic clocks to invest in or maintain. Employee information is stored securely on the PC's hard drive.

There is more to a good time clock solution than the employees clocking-in and out. The software must be flexible in it's rules for rounding, computing overtime and deducting for meal breaks. Reports must be comprehensive and easy to run. Interfacing to Payroll should be seamless. Job Costing should be an optional feature.
